Hi, I'm Helen.
I created Said With Soul after realising how often we say things to ourselves that we'd never dream of saying to someone we love. I wanted to create something that gently interrupts that pattern - replacing criticism with compassion, and creating small moments of self-connection in the middle of everyday life.
